  1. Humbug. At this stage a delay of a few weeks is not going to make any difference in anything at all. Such expert opinions have no substance. It is not as if the enemy is forming up to attack. The changes etc are ongoing and, in Defence, there is always a hierarchy who ensure that such ongoing work never stops. Tailpiece: The media “experts” should not throw such non issues at an unsuspecting public. Moreover the CDS does not oversee any active Command.
