  1. All fine; People responsible (CEC, Parliament, Religious heads, Government?)should and could have acted earlier. But I wonder (am also aghast) why the ALL KNOWING MEDIA did not repeatedly warn the public about the dangers of attending the Kumbh and the political rallies? While blaming others be gracious to accept where you (media) have defaulted too.
