Swamy, Your analysis are always well researched and articulated. But at time you miss the point Urban Naxals or idealogues or whatever are okay as long as they do not take money and resources from a foreign country or agency and they do not intrude into the liberty and freedom of others in the society who do not support their ideology, through disruption of daily life and / or violence. They are free to write or speak anything tat does not advocate separatism or division of the Nation. It is not as upfront as this in India. These people are often wooed by opposing political parties to further their own agenda. As far as arrests as concerned we all know that there can’t be smoke without fire. Let us call a spade a spade and not as a tool for misplaced liberty.

@anshuraj4277 The burden of proof in the Indian judicial system is too heavy. That is the reason why cases in the Indian courts take decades for conclusion. The criminals, including the political variety, know this only too well. The media plays along with the liberals by default and / or design. Reflect. Whose National is it anyway?

@anshuraj4277 that is why our judicial system takes decades to conclude cases.... The burden of proof is too heavy.... and all criminals including political criminals exploit it... Assisted by the liberal media by default or by design.... Reflect Whose country is it anyway?

@anshuraj4277 that is exactly my point.... Heavy burden of proof for the prosecution... The term “innocent until proven guilty” is something we can easily take for granted within the legal system and, more specifically, the criminal justice system. We are used to presumed innocence in a modern courtroom where the prosecution has to work to prove a defendant’s guilt. enjoy...stay well

@anshuraj4277 if that is how you perceive.... I see it as criminals fooling the system... Now this is not absolute... Nothing in this world is absolute... If you get what I mean. If you don't, It is as well... I respect your view in our democracy and move on...thanks for your input.

@anshuraj4277 perceptions...make for differences in opinions / views Anush... Arguments are for the courts though inefficient in many ways. Discusions are here, which need not be conclusive. Anyway my comments were not on any one case, I was addressing the system.. Please read my originak comment once more.

@anshuraj4277 exactly that is your truth.... May not be everybody's truth I think you are not getting it, I was/am not discussing a particular case.

@anshuraj4277 fact is what you want to believe I made a point the burden of proof on the prosecution ever since 1947 has been very heavy. The percentage of conviction in criminal cases is just above 20%….. That is why many criminals including political ones get away…. I am repeating it so that you get what I mean…. If you want to indict agencies and governments go right ahead , that is your right…. Such political discussions are not my cup of tea… stay well
