In a true democracy citizens must live among and negotiate the terms of their common lives with others who hold diverging interests. That means deliberating with people with whom we disagree. This transactional existence is a two way process of give and take – respect and acceptance. But Can the Muslims admit tat in the past centuries, mosques have been built on temples and express regret. I feel that should end this unnecessary and unending retrograde steps. @RihanKhan-xi4pp The pundits, though not wholly their fault, have expressed regrets many time over… it has been legislated too… expression of regrets by latter generations is symbolic and goes a long way toward reconciliation…. In case you don’t know. Such regrets have been expressed by old oppressors in the USA, Australia, Africa etc.
