Politics in India has been more “politics” than anywhere else in the world. Rather than on principles, policies and the Nation, every political party without exception (except the LEFT and AAP?) has embraced religious and /or caste based affiliations for votes and/or “regional Nationalism”….and 87% of the National media is perpetually discussing politics 87% of the time. What is new?
