  1. Tell me frankly, do such reflected comments like forming governments in neighboring states from a party podium really influence anything. I for one is hearing this only now. May be the shadows of those comments lasted for a day or two and were soon dismissed as being nothing more than a boisterous remark for show . Political statements are in any case shallower than policy statements. Commentators will do well to confine themselves to policies while discussing issues of foreign diplomacy rather than statements from party podiums.

I feel no Nation formulates foreign policies based on reflected statements from political podiums in other countries. If they do, it is THEIR monumental failures. 3. The discussion here is on diplomacy not feelings...what should India do at UNHRC? Regards
