  1. Oh yes. The BJP does not understand Punjab politics. Pray tell me which National level political party understands the politics in all states including the GOP, the Congress. That fellow Indians is the bane of Indian politics. Tailpiece: We must insist that progress and development should be the language of politics. Not caste etc as the political parties, strategists and unfortunately, the media too, thrive for sustenance. No wonder that India is branded as a laggard democracy.
