  1. The headlines of Mr. P. Swami’s persistent and constant advice to Governments suggests that a haute know-all attitude. The Government is a machinery and does not work in silos. Mr PS often assumes without anything to show for it (like Indians help Srilankans to upend China- hogwash) and discounts the inputs and the larger picture of matters which the Government will surely have. A course correction in attitude by Mr PS will help the cause of communicating the real,picture all round. A hallmark of good journalism, I suppose.
