  1. A very good report alright. But pray tell me, do the people (public) need to know even these details - tactical positions in the face of an enemy, so to speak? Troop build up, patrolling....? Yes, the Nation needs to know if there is a danger of war or limited action etc....let the Nation concentrate on getting the economy back on track...for the time being leave the Border actions against PLA to the army.
