  1. Are we missing a point in regard to migrant labour. The exodus for work is largely from the four big central Indian states – Bihar, UP, Orissa and W. Bengal) – lately from Assam as well. Why is it so even after 70 years of Independence? Is this a reflection on the lagging development in these states? India needs to reflect.
