  1. True. Hindi should not be imposed in state-run schools, if the state does not want it. TN has maintained this line since, I can remember, first hand. But, unfortunately, the reason quoted in the headline by Vir S is flawed and outrageous for a federal democracy. Enjoy, smile, laugh
