  2. Add on comment. This discussion on climate change effects and carbon emissions should have started soon after the II world war. All the “energy” spent towards nuclear weapons should have been used for energy generation. All the money spent on ICBMs etc. should have been used for research on generation of clean energy. And so on.. and so forth… Tail piece: Discussion on panels and TV by “experts” now will yield little result. People have to cut down on their wants. Governments, now do not have magic wands for creating solutions in a jiffy. Every citizen of this world will need to sacrifice and contribute towards the efforts.
