  1. A monumental judgement. Just the other day I had written about alternate ways other than the current system of reservations for inclusive progress of society. We have to find better ways other than reservations and subsidies. But for sure we have to carry everyone. I do not by any stretch of imagination suggest that we must do things pronto. We have to find better ways over time…. Tailpiece: EWS is one of them; skill enhancement, dignity of labor, appropriate compensation, improved primary and secondary education, equal positions in society etc… are some of the others
