  1. Obviously Gurkhas, traditionally fought for the British and then for India as a legacy of the British. With passage of time and Nepal growing a distance from India - whether we accept or not - such was bound to happen. Luckily Pakistan, Myanmar, China and Bangladesh would not take them in their respective armies for obvious reasons. The British are dismantling their Gurkha troops. India is bound to follow suit in time. Tailpiece: This news is not as big as it is made out to be.
