Bosses need to know, YOU DONT GET TO DO THIS to anyone Women and Men every where need to band together to fight this .We need to get rid of this idea of a miserable ,crotchety ,cigar chomping ,image of what a boss should be and replace them with progressive thinking ,compassionate fair bosses that are not looking to get to that top line .If the work place runs like a well oiled machine,it will achieve that top line .Thanks again

Why would anyone treat ANY ONE not just women People like that pick on meek and nervous people and love an audience.Rarely would yo see them going at it one on one because again,they need an audience.Miserable people put in a position of authority and this is what they do I can't tell how much better is when you have a assertive and fair boss that will listen to you if you are having a problem at the job.When you have employees happy when you come to work ,it makes for a more productive crew that are happy to be there and have a good ( but hard) job . Thank you
