@WION- this ship Yuan Wang 5, appears to be a research and tracker ship, India categorizes it as a "spy ship", but others would say it is a research ship, on what basis, you are claiming it is a "spy ship", it objectionable to some backers .....

@WorldsTravellerNomad - US has numerous military bases in the world, why keep silent on that. what is your take, they are on peaceful missions? if this "research ship " could find a friendlier port, a leased port from SL, why one needs to sail to Atlantic oceans, inviting troubles? its mission presently is in Indo-Pacific, for replenishment purpose, where else you expect it to find a more appropriate location to accommodate it? you believe any darn port could readily accommodate it? very dubious.
