@bixstar1469 - must consider if the infected, bring back home the Virus to his family and relatives, to those considered vulnerable. including babies, children and elderlies, how much stress and tension that families would be facing, would it bot be wiser just to wear some preventive masks, even though its foolproof is questionable, undeniably its still better than not wearing at all!! ya, one's infection is left to fate to decide for us!

@bixstar1469 - even Omicron is deemed mild, but it could be fatal too, it creates havoc in those elderlies in Hong Kong, some variant strains might not have been detected in causing the mortality, its hard to rule out the plausibility! also the question arises , how could one assess that Omicron potency is in diminishing phases, that general public could skip wearing protective gears? only Health Authority has the mandate to declare that !

@bixstar1469 - those living in the city, you guess they breathe clean/ unpolluted air? if the pandemic is still overwhelming and frenzied like in Shanghai and Hong Kong currently, its always advisable to use one! moreover, we couldn't predict precisely the new variants when they would surface! then why not use mask empirically!! though it mightn't be foolproof!
