@WION- if Putin the leader wishes to wage a war, does he need the approvals of its citizens? clearly not, then why this broadcaster mentions as if it requires the people's approval !! believe Putin can act independently, without his people's consent! the other point, Russia might be hamstrung with monies to wage a war with Ukraine, as the host postulated, but with China's economic supports, buying gas and energy resources, Russia's treasury would be replenished, no reasons for Russia to cop out for war, as alleged by her due to short of funds!!
