  13. @Piers- Russia intends to arrest NATO's expansion into it, and US and Ukraine is abetting it, Russia has no alternative, even cut off one of its arms to defend NATO' s expansion, who have breached the MInsk Agreement initially? Russia feels insufferable, NATO, Ukriane and US refuse to come to negotiation table, ultimately Russia wages a War on Ukraine, nonetheless of its illegality! whom to blame, use your discretion!!
