@Alfred- even endowed with freedom and human rights, I see little actions taken by the common men to voice for Julian Assange, curious why? is he due to he is just a foreigner to the nation? I see no supports and empathy rendered to this poor journalist, except the recent Belmarsh Tribunal staged in Washington DC, where are all those champions of human rights and free speech advocates/backers?

@alfredepding974 - hi, what I have gathered is that the Parliament irrespective who controls it, is manipulated by the so called MIC/ military industrial complex, these are the lobbyists of the Congress, if the would be congressmen don't abide by their terms, no funds for their campaign during the Election! guess the woes of the politicians there? or these politicians have stakes /investments with the lobbyist's interests?

@alfredepding974 -ya, know something pertaining to the subprime loan/mortgage, precipitated by the Wall street financial institutions like Goldman Sachs and those big banks! the issue I raise here, why the grassroots/laymen knowing the ill/ malicious intentions of the ruling party, not even bother to stage some protests and demonstrations against the authority, that is enigmatic to me!

@PadraicLey56 - your citing, " It depends if there is a jurisdiction behind the occurrence." appears fuzzy to me , could you elaborate on it. are you implying the Attorney will decide if the alleged party is guilty of slandering, after some thorough investigation . he is the determiner, to judge if this alleged party is committing a crime, hence he could be indicted? or if there is any justification behind these crimes, the Attorney will appraise the case, offer the final verdict on the said perpetrator?
