  3. @Thomas- its ironic these journalists deliberately misconstrue the meaning of this simple idiom, reckon they purportedly distorting the actual meaning, to elicit enmity and antagonism between China and US with its allies! this is their ulterior motive.

  5.  @Shenzhou.  - the word "xuanchuan" in a more positive note, used in official context, denotes meanings suggesting of " advertising, promoting, marketing and publicizing"! is it not!
