But the UK was at war with nazi Germany while Russia was still allied to Hitler. And as we all know, Russia didn't declare war on nazi Germany. Nazi Germany invaded Russian occupied east Poland. Learn real history. Not the pack of lies the kremlin tells you.

The idea that Russia was forced to invade Poland is ridiculous, considered it was a pre-planned agreement between both Russia and nazi Germany. All Russia had to do was keep Poland as a buffer state. As we know, both France and the UK had guaranteed Polish territorial sovereignty, and went to war with nazi Germany in defence of it. So removing it was not an act of self defence. You also seem not to be aware that both France and the UK were at war with nazi Germany while Russia was still working alongside it in Poland. You simply have to check the dates to realise that. And Russia never liberated anyone. They ethnically cleansed whole areas of the Baltics. In the east, the war was basically just a fight between two mass murdering genocidal psychopaths. Like I said, Russian world war two history is lies. Designed to cover the truth that Russia acted no better than nazi Germany, before, during, or after the war.

But then I guess Putin doesn't allow the Russia people to decide who governs them. So why should he be any different towards the Syrians?

Rather like Russia's 'Great Patriotic War' starts the very moment the first German stepped foot on Russian occupied Polish territory. Because if Russia's war history went back any earlier, you'd have to admit the facts: Russia allied with nazi Germany. Invaded and annexed its neighbours territory (just like nazi Germany), got attacked by its former ally, then tried to rewrite history to make out it was a victim.
