  4. When Putin sent his assassins to murder Litvinenko, they left a trail of radioactivity across half of Europe. Remember, we're dealing with a regime that accidently shot down MH17 killing everyone on board. They are ruthless and incompetent. As Putin's regular assassinations of his political rivals in Russia clearly show. As for the whole world cup thing, every time Russia is caught red handed, we have the same piss poor excuses. As if anyone would be stupid enough to believe the UK government would poison people just to make Russia look bad - No one has to make Russia look bad. Putin is quite able to do that without any help from anyone.
