Assange has worked on the Kremlin's propaganda 'news' channel RT. And Snowden is hiding out in Russia. What a bunch of fuckin hypocrites!

Yeah, didn't take long for him to sell out. And to a KGB dictator too! But then I guess its ok to take the money of despotic regimes if you're Julian Assange. His own criticisms don't apply to him. What a fuckin fraud.

How's internet freedom in Russia, Snowden?

I'm sure he was touring China and Russian on vacation

Snowden left Hawaii for Chinese Hong Kong. His passport was cancelled during or after his flight out of Hong Kong to Moscow. You can tell a man by his friends. And his enemies. Which says a lot about Snowden and his mate Assange. I hope Snowden enjoys playing the useful idiot. Because he'll be stuck in Russia for a while to come

And yet he is hanging out in Moscow. Playing the fool for Mr Putin. Did you see his little walk on part in Mr KGB's question and answer session some time ago? Anyone who thinks he is not 'paying his way' in Russia is living in fantasy land. At best he is a useful idiot.

If he wanted to go to Latin America from Hawaii, he was going in the wrong direction. And btw, the US denied ever tapping Merkel's phone. And German prosecutors found no evidence that the phone tapping ever occurred. In fact, it is likely the claim was never even put out by Snowden in the first place!

And most people in Europe don't see Snowden as a hero. Especially after so many terrorist attacks.

You can Google search 'dinosaurs in the American civil war' and get plenty of evidence. You talk about facts. But I have already provided the fact the German prosecutors found no evidence of US phone tapping. You also say 85% of Germans see Snowden as a hero. Do you get you news from RT by any chance? Because they have misquoted the poll results. How strange!

You seem to be getting your news from unreliable sources. Or perhaps they are getting there news from unreliable sources. Obama assured Merkel the claims were untrue. And, again, I will point out that German prosecutors found no evidence that the US had tapped her phone. And I am aware of the 85% claim. It was actually under 50%. But it is wise to always check the source of any such news story.

When it comes to whether Obama did or did not apologise there seems to be some confusion (the BBC reports he reassured her it was not the case). However, like I said, German prosecutors have found no evidence, and it is not even clear that any such claim was made in the Snowden leaks. So where did these claims come from? And in whose interest would it be to drive a wedge between Germany and the US? And get this, the New York Times also reported on the German secret services spying on its EU neighbours. (April 30th 2015). So certainly Snowden is being very useful to somebody. And yes, sadly the retards in the European parliament did indeed vote to recognise Snowden as a whistleblower. Luckily, however, (or perhaps because) they have no responsibility over matters of security. So while Snowden is busy giving secrets away to the Russians and Chinese, they get to grandstand a bit.
