  5. On the contrary! The Ukrainian authorities have requested Yanukovych's extradition as they would very much like him to return to Ukraine to answer a few questions! After bussing in Russian paramilitaries from Crimea and ordering them to gun down unarmed Ukrainians on the streets of their own capital city, then scuttling off to his puppet master in Moscow with his stolen billions, the Ukrainian parliament voted to impeach him, in line with the Ukrainian constitution. Even his own party voted for impeachment! But so far he's staying put in Russia!
