  2. Met Duggan's type before. They talk about respect while dumping on everybody. It only takes one family of rats to ruin a whole street or community. If you don't roll over for them then you become a target. And the only way to stand up for yourself is to act outside the law. They fuck up not only their own lives but everyone's around them.
