He likely does what most Christians do. He picks and chooses the parts of his holy book he likes best. Nothing wrong with that. Christianity would still be in the dark ages if that were not so. And that's what Maajid Nawaz wants. He wants a western style Islam. Where people can insult and criticize it just as we do Christianity, without being murdered for it. And he is hated by the far right because of it. Hated by the extremist Muslims because of it. And totally ignored by the left because of it.
