  1. It's sad that these kids have been brainwashed into thinking you need social services to help keep you out of crime. That being a criminal makes you a victim. The former gang member, Jennifer Blake, knows that the problem isn't the government or the police. But a culture of victimhood, excuses, cynicism, and a complete lack of taking responsibility for your own actions.
