  1. That assumes the labour party is a remain party - Something they are trying hard not to admit in the hope of hanging on to those who voted labour and voted leave.

  2.  @philman6864  Well, the only way we can really be sure as to who is in the majority, those who want to leave or those who want to stay, would be to look at the referendum results - the clearest indicator we have.

  3.  @chewypiano7194  Thats exactly the reason why parliament is so at odds with the country on Brexit. They lied when they claimed they would respect the referendum result. And if politicians are going to lie on such a thing (or, in labours case, say one thing to one side and another to the other) then how can anyone judge whether those who vote for them are remainers or leavers?
