  1. There is a small town in Europe somewhere built around providing much the same care for Alzheimer's patients. It has a post office, and stores etc. Everyone who works there (gardeners, post office staff, storekeepers) is part of the care staff. Altho very often the patients aren't aware of that. The idea is to provide a certain level of independence within a setting that patients find comforting. Like going back in time.
