  1. Corbyn has always been supportive of sectarian/racial violence when it furthers his agenda. He's only pacifist when it comes to defending liberal democracy and its values. Things he has no interest in.

  2. Corbyn has a number of agendas. A united Ireland is one. Which, for example, was why he voted against the Anglo-Irish agreement. Because, ''...We believe that the agreement strengthens rather than weakens the border between the six and the 26 counties, and those of us who wish to see a United Ireland oppose the agreement for that reason.” So he had an agenda there. And was prepared to hold up the peace process because of it - Not something someone who is supposedly only interested in peace would do.
