  12. The Russians don't even investigate their own political assassinations properly. If they did, Putin would be in jail. Don't forget, Russia is still very much a third world country. It doesn't have the rule of law. And corruption is off the scale. As Russia becomes more isolated from the west, all it fall further behind. With the inevitable result that, once again, Russia will collapse into chaos. This time, however, no one will care.
