  1. There were no promises on NHS spending on the side of any battle buses. It wasn't a general election. No one was making any spending commitments on anything.

  2. The message on the bus read 'We send the EU £350 million a week. Let's fund our NHS instead'. That's not a promise. It's pointing out that the money given away every year to the EU could be better spent in the UK. People have been saying that for decades. Vote Leave wasn't standing for election and therefor are not in government. Besides, the UK hasn't left the EU yet. And will still be giving money away to Brussels for years to come.
