Dark skinned people who live in colder, less sunny climate zones suited for light skinned people have heightened risk for vitamin D deficiency. Likewise, light skinned people who live in tropics have heightened risk of skin cancer

Also it's based on a particular point in time. High percentage of over 65 who contracted covid died and those who recovered see their antibodies from infections wane faster than younger people thus lower antibody levels in over 65 population at a particular time

No, it's not. It's due to the heat driving people indoors. It surges in southern states regardless if it's popular for vacation, like AL, MS, OK, AR, also sees huge summer surge despite not being that popular for summer vacation
