New, more contagious variant be like hold my corona
7
El Salvador showing us how to deal with gangs like MS13

Disagree with maps. I found Tokyo’s system maps not hard to follow at all and in fact found NYC harder, and station layout and in fact stations in Tokyo are easier to navigate than NYC
6
Because Indonesia uses the useless Chinese vaccines
6
Tokyo is much older than you think. Unlike other Asian system, it opened as early as 1927, only 23 years after NYC and is almost 100 years old
6
Airbus exists
5
Furthermore, when the amount of old people vastly outnumber young people, which is the case in Japan, meaning their outdated ideas and practices win out over younger generation
3
American politics is even more of a comedy series
2
Well cases per million depends on testing. Western countries like USA and UK test far more per million people than India, which leads to much greater proportion of cases being caught. Example test positivity rate, US, UK and Western European countries during their peak with >700/million cases a day saw positivity remain under 20%. India with around 290/million during peak saw positivity spike to nearly 50%

Yeah, US has a lot of oil and gas so it switched from coal to oil and gas before renewables unlike China where they only have coal out of those 3 resources in abundance
2
Not in America though, in which it’s by far the best of any American city
2
@dustinbeaudoin9014 Due to the fact that Tokyo has so many lines without any interlining, thus transfer stations have so many different platforms
1
Not just NYC that has subways in the US
1
@mojo-eq4ln also why marriage and birth rates are plummeting
1
Yet cities in Europe and Asia which don’t have the sprawl have intense urban heat island too
1
Generally from China’s Belt and Road project. China was first country to adopt digital payments(Alipay and Wechat pay) and Chinese companies helped many developing countries that signed up transition straight from cash to digital, and is way for China to mark their global influence
1
There are advertising on NYC trains
1
@watch1981 Yeah, literally every single American subway system is filthy. Philadelphia, Chicago, LA, etc are all filthy too
1
Probably due to population age structure. Japan’s insistence on old technology largely stems from their population being so old and the old people refusing to adopt to new technologies
1
Because cases in USA are declining and vaccination rates are high
1
@codeman90000000 back in those days they didn’t have vaccines. Now we have them
1
@codeman90000000 among the unvaccinated people yes
1
But the most famous are Tsingtao and harbin which are popular nationwide
1
@bit_ronic Nah, Biden’s doing his own comedy show with him as president. He’s a joke
1
Don’t forget the fact, before you blame boomers, that most boomers aren’t rich at all. In fact many are poor. Just like any generation, wealth is concentrated at the top and for boomers, it’s also the fact that most billionaires right now are of that generation
1
California is one of the 3 states that still refuses to listen to CDC and continues to require vaccinated people wear masks. Newsom's recall opponents should use it to attack him
1
She still served under more monarchs than the past 14 prime ministers combined
1
Well we ended up with 2 candidates. 1 of them attended a white supremacist rally. The other 1 covered up a sexual abuse scandal. Not the best choices here
1
@those1kidds It's not blacks freaking about about it mostly, it's white liberals
1
@linuxman7777 No, this video says most rides in Tokyo are cheaper than NYC
1
@INTJ791 Not to mention US has multiple instances of tofu streets and buildings themselves
1
Por Que meanwhile in China, Korea and Japan, almost everyone is wearing masks
1
Anthony C Brown flight attendants in Asian countries now wear protective gear including masks and gloves
1
Morahman7vnNo2 that’s why German style lager is everywhere
1
Yeah, like only other option they have in abundance is coal
1
don't forget numerous crashes on A300 and A310 models
1
More like from their rapidly shrinking labor force caused by their rapidly aging population
1
Yeah, like the unidentified bodies dumped in rivers
1
Jason Jones stasi is communist you idiot
1
Trees need water and trees from other parts of the country can’t survive in such dry conditions without extensive artificial watering
1
I've heard Taiwan saw surge after some airline crew flying in from high risk countries broke quarantine and visited the red light district in Taipei spreading the virus
1
Not surprised given how old Japan’s population is and old people are the ones that are fiercely traditional in their way of doing things(they want to keep doing what they’re used to doing back when they’re young)
1
Yeah, like solar is super efficient in places with hot, sunny climates
1
@beyondfossil I’m saying that solar power is best installed and is most useful, as well operates the most efficiently in places with hot, sunny climates
1
boeing 717 and 787 has never crashed
1
@wilburfinnigan2142 yes, lion air also had blame with the crash. The previous crew reported problems with the aircraft and yet the airline insisted that it be used
1
Well trees need water and Phoenix and Las Vegas have desert climates too dry for trees thus a lot of artificial watering is needed for trees which is both expensive and draws heavily from the already scarce water reserves
1
@lingth Well China does artificially water their planted forests in the desert. Furthermore, they still do cloud seeding in the dry regions to try and convert the local climate to a wetter one that could siupport it
1
@gombalmukiyopujaanku yep
