  1.  @ridingweeb4801  yes you do, the definition of homelessness is not having a permanent place of residence. You give them somewhere to live, and boom, they have a permanent place to live. Thats why singapore, by having hbd housing, barely has any homeless, despite being expensive. Plus, I would rather be homeless in singapore, than in a western city like nyc, since its warm all year round, and you don't have a chance of freezing to death in the streets
