  10. not all asians wear masks when they have a cold, in fact, most don't, wear them, even when they have cold/flu, and they only do so on days of severe air pollution or when there is a deadly pandemic around. Also, masks are not 100% effective, but its better than nothing.

Shocking right. Anyways, in Asia, only Singapore, China and Mongolia have vaccination rates as high as western countries

Another example is how France charges expensive tolls on their highways, showing how SNCF union have pushed French government to implement policies that encourage rail above all other methods
