not to mention japan is supposed to be one of most vulnerable country. World's oldest population, one of highest population density and one of most connected countries. Tokyo, world's largest and one of most dense cities. 400 deaths. Compare this to nyc 24000, la-7000 and chicago-5500, and finally stockholm-2500(much smaller city with only 2.5% tokyo's population)
