new york times can't admit the main point for this disaster. Socialism fails. They don't want to admit it because they are socialists

technically any virus you get is preventable by your definition
2
and eu(european union) would've likely had just as many, or perhaps more deaths than usa overall if brexit didn't happen lol, since UK had highest death toll in europe(continent). Another european country(non-eu) with high death toll would be russia(technically thats eurasia but most deaths were in european part)
2
US is a continent sized country
2
@Jayce_2624 No studies have shown that outside especially with masks=low chance of spreading even without social distancing, and that indoors=high chance of spreading particularly without masks and social distancing
2
yes, the states, the counties and the cities

LuDimezofKush Wuhan: hold my bat soup

@ryanbrown4053 USA is federal system, most decentralized country in the world. Federal mandates can only apply to federal property, interstate transport, and borders the things federal government is in charge of regulating
2
Yeah, NYT propaganda
2
@jdogg0075 Florida and California have same deaths per million too. California has mask mandate. Florida doesn’t

1
george bush is a never trumper and would rather have biden over trump btw
1
Cases are going down
1
it seems like americans have weak immune system. Take tons of precautions. Still contract virus. In africa, no one takes precautions, as shown by drew binsky and low infection rate
1
we in the USA stayed home and used masks too
1
they basically only shut down business they deem high risk such as bars and clubs. South korea, in fact opened them too early resulting in second wave, but was able to contact trace. Same thing happened in states like florida, but on much larger scale
1
the stereotypical new york accent is generally associated with older whites
1
@PracticaProphetica according to death data. Deaths are running 250k above normal this year in usa
1
actually both US and EU pandemic numbers blow east asia numbers out of the water
1
Hey I'm a Maker even more curious how water is pumped to the top floor of 100 stores skyscrapers
1
You also have the Grand Canyon. Loved it when I was there
1
Don't the healthcare workers and elderly want it?
1
I guess situation in Canada is not as bad as US
1
Well Mexico’s tropical climate saves it from spreading fast
1
china had its own playbook after sars
1
Its the elderly who are dying. Kids are low risk, and mostly get mild symptoms
1
@carmellolb200 over 90% are elderly I believe
1
trump said during the debate, that if biden was president, death toll would be way higher lol
1
this is european union in which uk is not in it anymore
1
More like because everyone in Europe is suspicious of German right wingers
1
not to mention that after sars outbreak, china actually became one of most prepared countries in the world for a pandemic-surprising right, as following outbreak, chinese government began upgrading hospitals and stocking up resources in preparation of a pandemic. Another potential candidate would be south korea after mers
1
And by double digits
1
Some states never had one
1
other countries don't test as much. So actual proportion is lower than 1/5 of all global deaths
1
@velbythorngage don't think federal lockdown is constitutional
1
Yes, but its mostly older people
1
Fox won't cover it
1
I'm a right winger and its definitely real
1
