And should have the 3 essential oils as active ingredients: Eucalyptol Menthol Thymol The other active ingredient is Methyl Salicylate. HTH

@amiraelt a little different order than the one I got, but the same ingredients. Is yours the Listerine brand or a store brand?

She does say in one of her videos to just spit out the act really well, like 3 or 4 times, to get rid of any left in your mouth, but don't rinse. She does advocate for topical application of SODIUM fluoride, but not stanous fluoride, & never in drinking water or supplements. She also has a 20 minute video on fluoride in her bootcamp.

The regular also contains silica, wondering if the gel does. And, she states in one of her videos that the regular paste was proven to remineralize teeth. On the regular paste tube, it says: "Helps Stop Cavities Before They Start."

Can he at least use the xylitol? You can use crystals/granulated if the mints and gum won't work for him. 3 grams/day for children 3-6, or 6-10 grams/day for older children & adults.
