  1. Fed is not going to drop rate. Inflation is far more of a concern for politicians right now than a few angry home sellers who don't want the party to end. I expect Draconian measures to lower inflation before 2024.

  2.  @armchaireconomist8648  Yes, blame the poor. Everyone else does. I am sure the rich and ruthless had nothing to do with it. I am sure selling mortgage backed securities and derivatives had nothing to do with it. It was all the fault of those "poors" who had the audacity to want to pursue the American Dream instead of remaining serfs and knowing their place.
