  1. I am not surprised at all that the original Paris > Dhaka rally was not followed much in the US. It goes back to the 70's and a time when US car makers didn't want citizens to know of the world outside. Australia has a long standing passion for this type of event with some popular Redex Rallies being staged through the Aussie Outback in the 1950's...look up "Gelegnite" Jack Murray.
