  1. Er, kangaroos were fairly regular on their shopping list...not exactly the slowest native animal you will come across. They are also used to bring down birds in flight.

  2. Do we know which tribe he is from...he sounds like he spent some time with his American indigenous brothers. There are several boomerang throwing events / celebrations, some at country shows (equivalwnt of US Fairs). Often feature other unique Aussie events such as gumboot throwing and thong throwing (the ones that go on your feet, that is.)
