  1. We are on the edge of escarpment bushland and get maggie families most days. Usually three families but one young per family, they appear at different times. They fly in under a covered area and generlly go into their chorus singing for their supper. One hint...do not feed them minced meat, I read that it s not the same as thin slices / strips for their chewing habits. The same applies to Kookas. We never hear of neighbours being swooped on. Fairly sure they do the rounds of the 'hood which would explain their lack of agression.
