  16. None of this matters. The cult of Trump has passed beyond any reason or accountability for his actions, those of his allies, OR his detractors turned allies. All they care about is what he says today. I admit, I have gotten a lot of good information from this channel, but its insistence on treating Trump supporters, even lukewarm ones, like they think rationally and weigh past events that happened more than two weeks ago with any gravity is just willful ignorance.

Just watch: there’s going to be a New Year’s riot if they rule against him. Don’t get me wrong: I’d clap to see Trump lined up against a wall. I just have no confidence in Roberts’ Court. It’s complete political garbage at this point.

Southern states wouldn’t ratify without the Senate, the electoral college, and the 3/5 compromise because they knew the more populous northern colonies would dominate in a unicameral, simple majority government. That would have led to rapid abolition.
