  15.  @jalabi99 in addition to what others said (it takes goddamn forever to clean), they’re error prone and only give cryptic codes that require the contractor to come in and fix ($$$). Some codes (like the dairy reservoir temperature sensor going out of spec high) will shut down the machine and require you to completely clean and sanitize it. So a lot of stores just tell you it’s broken because it’s a massive pain in the dick for the workers and a massive pain in the wallet for the franchise owner.
