  1.  @authenticallysuperficial9874 except it’s not. During debate of the 14th amendment this exact issue got brought up and the author of the amendment confirmed it included the President. So stop.

  2. I feel like the most likely outcome of this case review will be SCOTUS just remanding back to the states and letting them individually fight it out. Which is both stupid and dangerous. But I can’t see the Roberts Court willingly and personally putting themselves in the path of Trump’s zealot army. For the most part, they are just cowards.
