Yes you are, you have to have resilience in your life or you are at the vagaries of people who care 9 to 5 as they, understandably have their own lives to deal with, self help is key, booze, drugs, any addiction just makes matters a lot worse, ones who cannot make decisions for themselves are the real victims, everybody else just got to get on with it as best they can!?!
