The C.C.P. does what it wants and cares little about its citizens rights and it's neighbours, until it does want to be a good neighbour, the Wider West should treat it with extreme caution, especially with its growing Nationalistic tendencies. All its "Mega projects" are funded with debt, that's why the West does not build them, it will cost too much!?!
