@mastercommander4535 As a bond holder you should have known better, you most probably bought cheap after numerous scandals and expect all problems to disappear overnight and go into profitability, your only redress is that shareholders did get some relief when they should have also had nothing, Patrick already warned everyone several times over!?!

By not paying the AT1's it is not a bailout, but by giving the Shareholders a 60% 💈, it is a bailout, they have also guaranteed 10 billion or so in loans to UBS but that seems a good trade off compared to continued support for Credit Suisse which would have been more costly with any further delays, so it's the shareholder issue that's the problem!?!

@awdrifter3394 UBS are going to downsize the Credit Suisse business (Read reduce risk and offload bad management), as Patrick said the game is up, after their second scandal the management should have been forcibly replaced, the Swiss regulators let it go on too long without redress, this is the end result!?!
